Rabat- Morocco's Mustapha El Aziz has offered the Kingdom the first medal at the African Senior Athletics Championships (August 10-14), finishing second in the 10,000 meters final Sunday at Marrakech grand stadium.
Aziz crossed the finish line clocking his previous personal record in 28:11:84, compared to 28:14:84 during the last Mohammed VI International Meeting in Rabat.
The gold medal went to Eritrea's Nguse Amlosom (28:11:07) while the Kenyan Josephat Bett completed the podium (28:11:61).
