Rabat- The US fast food chain, Burger King, has announced the opening of several new locations throughout Morocco.
According to HuffPost Maroc, the fast food chain had partnered with Vivo Energy group, who holds the operating license for Shell gas stations in Morocco.
The new Burger King eateries will be launching at these service stations along Moroccan highways.
The same report notes that a Burger King location has been recently opened between Rabat and Casablanca, after the Bouznika toll both.
The US company launched its first eatery in Casablanca in 2014. Nowadays, Burger King has four operating locations across the Moroccan territory.
On the other hand, Burger King's fast food competitor McDonald's has been in the Kingdom for 20 years with 36 open establishments, reported the HuffPost.
